Not all of our products are available for wholesale purchasing. All of our study guides and 15 of our videos are currently available for wholesale purchasing. However, the majority of our videos and books are only available at retail pricing. Please click on the “Wholesale Products” button to review the wholesale products we have available. If the products which interest you are not shown, they are not available at wholesale pricing.

Our wholesale program is designed to serve colleges, massage therapy schools, bookstores, spas, and other companies who wish to purchase our wholesale products (primarily our study guide items) for their libraries or for the purpose of sale or distribution to their instructors, students, or customers. The site is designed to streamline the ordering process for customers who order from us on a repeating basis and allows for their orders to be placed on a 24/7 basis. Wholesale customers may combine their wholesale orders with the purchase of any of the retail items we offer at the same time. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday via the United States Postal Service. Barring any unusual circumstances, wholesale orders are shipped the next postal business day after they are received.

Minimum Order

For online wholesale purchases, we request that your product order exceed $200.00. Study guide orders require the purchase of two or more sets and video orders require the purchase of two or more of the same video, or the purchase of five or more wholesale videos if purchasing single copies of videos. If you have an order that varies from these requirements, please give us a call at 954-578-5042 to discuss.

To Open an Online Wholesale Account

Please fill in all of the requested information, including your complete mailing address. If you are unsure about your answer (for example, the type of business, such as corporation, partnership, etc.), fill in what you can, submit it to us, and we will give you a phone call to complete your approval process.)  Your information will be processed quickly (usually within one business day) and, upon approval, you will receive an e-mail confirming your user name and password. At that point you will be able to access the wholesale portion of our web site and place your orders.

Ordering 

After opening your account, to place an online order, log in using your log in and password, select the products you wish to purchase, go to “basket contents” to edit the quantities or to edit your order, then click on “checkout” to complete your order. If you have ordered from us before, and know the online wholesale item numbers of the products you wish to purchase, you can use the “quick order” method to place your order. Simply log in, click on the quick order button, and fill in the item number(s) and the quantity you wish to purchase, then submit the order and checkout.

Additional Savings on Larger Orders

Orders of 12 or more sets of Item W7000-10 (Q&A 2-Volume Set) and/or Item W7100-20 (Q&A 2-Volume Set & CD) receive one extra set complimentary for each 12 sets ordered. Orders of 12 or more of the same video will receive one extra of the same video complimentary for each 12 videos ordered. The complimentary set(s) or video(s) will not be shown on your online order, but will be added to your order at the time of shipment.

Payment

Payment by credit card is preferred, and payment by credit card is generally required for first time orders. If this presents a problem, please call us at 954-578-5042 to discuss. Returning customers also have the alternative of paying by choosing the “check/purchase order” payment option at checkout. If your school or company utilizes purchase order numbers, and are placing your order using a purchase order, this is the place to indicate the purchase order number. If you have no purchase order, but are paying by check, please insert the check number if available. If no check number is available, please insert 3 nines (“999”) as the check/purchase order number.

Shipping

We are generally able to ship within one postal day after receiving your order; however, very large orders may occasionally require several extra days to fill.  If additional time is needed, we will try to advise you of the delay. Wholesale orders are shipped to you by USPS Priority Mail or by USPS Parcel Post. Shipping costs vary by weight and by the distance from our location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Priority mail service is generally 2-3 days, and Parcel Post is generally 4-9 days, again depending upon the distance from our office. All packages are sent with signature confirmation, which requires that someone sign for the shipment when the postal carrier arrives. Please choose the shipping option which best suits you. Neither Priority Mail or Parcel Post provide a guaranteed delivery date. If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date, or require a different shipping option such as overnight,  please contact us by phone at 954-578-5042 so that we can make arrange to meet your requirements.

The shipping cost for orders weighing more than 70 pounds cannot be computed online. Your order can be placed online. However, the shipping computation for the order will be not be made until the time your order is prepared for shipment. If you need to know the exact shipping charge before placing your order, please give us a call and we will be able to provide you with an exact amount.

Online Forms

For your convenience, we have placed a number of our informational and ordering forms online in printable PDF format. These forms include our wholesale price list, wholesale fax ordering form, our retail catalog, and several other helpful forms you may wish to download and print at your convenience.  As a wholesale customer, you will be provided with a log in and password so that you may access this part of the web site to download and print the forms.

Secure Ordering

Our wholesale site uses the same secure socket layer technology as our retail site. This means that your personal information, including your credit card information, is encrypted for secure transmission.

Privacy

All of the information your provide to us is kept private. We do not sell, distribute or make available any of the information about you to anyone outside of our company. We may send you information about new products or specials by e-mail from time to time, but you will always have the option to remove yourself from our e-mail address list should you wish to do so.
