Question 1: Should I order online?
Answer: Our website at has every item which is
listed in our current catalog and usually a few new
items that haven’t yet made it into the print catalog.
Our website is secured by Verisign 128 bit secure sockets
technology, insuring that your information is encrypted
and safe and secure when you place your order. Credit
card charges are made in real time during the checkout
process. However, credit card charges can usually be
adjusted manually in our office if we are notified before
we process the order for shipment, so if you want to
clarify your order, give us a call or send us an e-mail
right away to let us know and we will make the necessary
changes prior to shipping your order.
Our products are arranged online in the same categories
and with the same item codes as you see in our catalog.
We strive to make our website as user friendly as we
are in person, but if you have a problem ordering or
a question about a product, don’t hesitate to give us
a call.

Question 2: How will my order be shipped and when
will I receive it?
Answer: After trying a number of shipping options
over the years, we have chosen the US Post Office’s
Priority Mail as the best method for shipping virtually
all of our retail orders within the United States. We
have found that our packages arrive in better shape
and in less time than alternative ground shipping methods
at little, if any, additional expense. We do not offer
other ground shipping options for retail orders, but
do ship our heavier wholesale orders (over 12-15 pounds)
by parcel post. If you need an overnight delivery please
call for our rates on Federal Express overnight shipping.
It varies by weight and destination, but usually costs
between $45.00 and $75.00 for this option, depending
upon the destination and package weight.
Orders are generally shipped the same day or within
one business day from the time you place your order.
Priority mail does not guarantee the date of delivery,
but is typically delivered to most addresses in the
continental United States within 2 to 3 days after it
is shipped. We are located in Florida and virtually
all products are shipped from our existing inventory.
We do carry a few products which are “drop shipped”
to you directly from the product’s supplier. All orders
are shipped with US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation
and all orders over $75.00 are insured through our third
party insurance company, Endicia. If you have not received
your package within 6 or 7 business days after placing
your order, please call us to check on your order status
– it may be waiting for you at your post office due
to a delivery problem. (Delivery Confirmation provides
some limited tracking information - primarily after
a delivery has been made or attempted).

Question 4: What are your policies and procedures
regarding international shipping?
Answer: International orders are shipped by United
States Postal Service International Priority Mail. The
postage varies, depending on weight and destination,
and is usually in the range of $19.00 to $37.00. For
online orders the shipping charge is computed online,
and added to your order at Checkout. You will have the
opportunity to review the shipping charge prior to placing
your order.
Please note that all international shipments are sent
with a customs declarations indicating that the package
contains merchandise (educational books and/or videos).
Depending upon your country, there can be a delay in
delivery to you and custom duties may be levied by your
country as the package clears customs.

Question 5: What are your policies regarding returns
and defects?
Answer: Due to numerous past instances of illegal
duplication, we no longer accept returns or make exchanges
on our books, CDs, and videos. However, within the first
30 days of the date you receive your order we will replace
any defective video or damaged item with an identical
item at no charge. (Just give us a call at 954-578-5055
to make the necessary arrangements).

Question 6: What if part of my order is out of stock
at the time I order? (back orders)
Answer: We generally have all of our items available
in our inventory. However, if a back order causes your
order to be sent in more than one shipment, we will
ship the back ordered item to you at no additional charge.
For international orders, we will hold the shipment
until the entire order can be filled and shipped in
one package.

Question 7: The "Questions & Answers" study guide
set comes with a "Pass or Money Back Guarantee". What
is your "Pass or Money Back Guarantee", and how does
it work?
Answer: When your purchase the 2-volume set of
Michelle Phillips study guides, "Questions & Answers
For Passing State & National Therapeutic Massage Examinations",
and "MORE Questions and Answers...", you are given a
pass or money back guarantee. What this means is that
our company will refund to you the cost of the set of
books, which is $79.95, if you fail your state or national
examination after purchasing the books directly from
our company. All we require is that you fax or mail
us your test results. The company will send you a check
for $79.95, and you keep the books. (We are unable to
extend this guarantee to students purchasing the set
of books from bookstores or schools).

Question 8: Can I get continuing education credit
if I purchase your Home Study Continuing Education courses?
Answer: All of the home study courses we offer
are from NCBTMB approved providers. Many of the providers
are also specifically approved in Florida and other
states as well. It is our understanding that all courses
from NCBTMB approved providers are accepted by the AMTA.
However, purchasers are urged to check with their individual
local, state, and national licensing boards to determine
that the provider has been approved in their jurisdiction
prior to ordering. For instance, Texas does not currently
accept home study courses for continuing education credit
requirements, and some other states, such as Iowa, limit
the number of hours granted for home study. Please note
that home study course materials may not be returned
or exchanged after purchase. The certification for continuing
education will be issued to you by the continuing education
provider who developed the course. We have made every
attempt to provide accurate information concerning our
CE providers, including the course description and the
number of continuing education credit hours being offered.
However, Massage Review Publications has not made independent
inquiry as to the accuracy of such information, and
is not responsible or liable in any manner to any person
for any action or inaction on the part of any CE Provider
or if the information provided proves inaccurate.
