Question 1:
Is it safe and easy to order online or should I call
and order by telephone?
Answer: Our website at has all of the items
which are listed in our current catalog and usually
a few new items that haven’t yet made it into the
print catalog. Our website is secured by secure
sockets technology through Comodo Certificate
Authority, insuring that your information is fully
encrypted and safe and secure when you place your
order. Credit card charges are made in real time
during the checkout process. However, credit card
charges can usually be adjusted manually in our
office if we are notified before we process the
order for shipment, so if you want to clarify your
order, give us a call or send us an e-mail right
away to let us know and we will make the necessary
changes prior to shipping your order.
Our products are arranged online in the same
categories and with the same item codes as you see
in our catalog. We strive to make our website as
user friendly as we are in person, but if you have a
problem ordering or a question about a product,
don’t hesitate to give us a call. Our telephone
hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern
Time. If it is after hours, please leave us a voice
mail message and we will return it as soon as
possible.

Question 3: How will my order be shipped and when
will I receive it?
Answer: After trying a number of shipping options
over the years, we have chosen the US Post Office’s
Priority Mail as the best method for shipping virtually
all of our retail orders within the United States. We
have found that our packages arrive in better shape
and in less time than alternative ground shipping methods
at little, if any, additional expense. We do not offer
other ground shipping options for retail orders, but
do ship our heavier wholesale orders (over 12-15 pounds)
by parcel post. If you need an overnight delivery please
call for our rates on Federal Express overnight shipping.
It varies by weight and destination, but usually costs
between $45.00 and $75.00 for this option, depending
upon the destination and package weight.
Orders are generally shipped the same day or within
one business day from the time you place your order.
Priority mail does not guarantee the date of delivery,
but is typically delivered to most addresses in the
continental United States within 2 to 3 days after it
is shipped. We are located in Florida and virtually
all products are shipped from our existing inventory.
We do carry a few products which are “drop shipped”
to you directly from the product’s supplier. All orders
are shipped with US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation
and all orders over $75.00 are insured through our third
party insurance company, Endicia. If you have not received
your package within 6 or 7 business days after placing
your order, please call us to check on your order status
– it may be waiting for you at your post office due
to a delivery problem. (Delivery Confirmation provides
some limited tracking information - primarily after
a delivery has been made or attempted).

Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Eastern time. Call us at

speaking clearly, with your name and phone number
and we will call you back as soon as the message is
picked up. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover credit cards on telephone

regarding international shipping?
Answer: International orders are shipped by United

and is usually in the range of $19.00 to $37.00. For
online orders the shipping charge is computed online,

6: What are your policies regarding returns
and defects?

on our books, CDs, and videos. However, within the first

at the time I order? (back orders)
Answer: We generally have all of our items available
in our inventory. However, if a back order causes your

Question
8: The "Questions & Answers" study guide
set comes with a "Pass or Money Back Guarantee". What
is your "Pass or Money Back Guarantee", and how does
it work?
Answer: When your purchase the 2-volume set of
Michelle Phillips study guides, "Questions & Answers
For Passing State & National Therapeutic Massage Examinations",
and "MORE Questions and Answers...", you are given a
pass or money back guarantee. What this means is that
our company will refund to you the cost of the set of
books, which is $79.95, if you fail your state or national
examination after purchasing the books directly from
our company. All we require is that you fax or mail
us your test results. The company will send you a check

Question 9: Can I get continuing education credit if I purchase your Home Study Continuing Education courses?
Answer: All of the home study courses we offer are
from NCBTMB approved providers. Many of the
providers are also specifically approved in Florida
and other states as well. Courses from NCBTMB
approved providers are currently accepted by the
AMTA and ABMP. We have a guide available showing CE
requirements and the types of courses accepted in
each state and providing you with the phone number
and website of your state. Click here to access our
Guide to State Massage Therapy
Regulations.
Purchasers are urged to check
with their individual local, state, and national
licensing boards to determine that the provider has
been approved in their jurisdiction prior to
ordering. For instance, some states, such as Iowa,
limit the number of hours granted for home study. If
your state accepts NCBTMB courses, then any of the
courses and CE hours shown on our website will work
for you.
We have made every attempt to
provide accurate information concerning our CE
providers, including the course description and the
number of continuing education credit hours being
offered. However, Massage Review Publications has
not made independent inquiry as to the accuracy of
such information, and is not responsible or liable
in any manner to any person for any action or
inaction on the part of any CE Provider or if the
information provided proves inaccurate. Please note
that home study course materials may not be returned
or exchanged after purchase.
